10th anniversary congress of the ESS Law: celebrating a decade of social and solidarity economy

ESS France entrusted PremC with organizing the 10th Anniversary Congress of the ESS Law, a major event held on June 12 and 13, 2024, at the Jussieu campus of Sorbonne University. This event not only marked a decade of social and solidarity economy in France, but also featured the handover of the ESS presidency to Benoît Hamon, former minister.

PremC was responsible for:

Advising on the event schedule
Managing audiovisual coverage and scenography
Coordinating all service providers, including the caterer
Ensuring signage and staff management on-site
Handling the presence of political figures (ministers, deputies)
Organizing exhibition spaces and their distribution across the campus

Our added value

PremC managed a high-visibility political event, coordinating with security services and ministerial offices while ensuring the smooth organization of interventions from key figures such as Bruno Le Maire (French Minister of Economy at the moment). We designed tailored scenography and logistics, creating an attractive environment with carefully crafted stage elements and optimizing transitions between sessions for maximum fluidity. Our commitment to social and solidarity engagement was evident in the involvement of service providers from social integration organizations, aligning with ESS values throughout the event. We also provided personalized support, meeting the high expectations of ESS France’s communication team and going beyond the usual scope of intervention to ensure excellence.
