At PremC, we are specialized in organizing in-person conferences since 2015. We have organized more than 35 conferences between 2015 and 2020 in 5 different countries (France, Germany, Israel, Italy, and Spain): project management prior to the conference, total management of the logistics on-site and follow-up post-conference, a 360 expertise.

Since the start of COVID-19, we have put all our efforts and expertise into the field of digital in order to provide the community with a ready-for-use solution. We have organized more than 120 virtual events in just 18 months since March 2020: full technical assistance, interactivity, and reactivity are the core of our solution.

Therefore, it came out naturally for us to develop a solution for hybrid conferences. Of course, we are still thinking that in-person meetings are the best way to communicate with each other, but virtual conferences have shown undeniable advantages and we are convinced that the future of events will be hybrid.

Once again, we have designed our solution by focusing on human interactions: we must ensure remote participants feel as much integrated into the conference as the people physically present on-site. For example, an online participant can ask written or oral questions, make a presentation or discuss very easily with an on-site attendee. Moreover, the platform used for virtual conferences has been upgraded in order to meet the needs of hybrid. As usual, our expertise allows us to deliver full technical assistance.

ONE EXAMPLE OF HYBRID CONFERENCE THAT WE ORGANIZED

Mois du Mexique in June 2021. Through this conference, the Sorbonne University wanted to celebrate its historical collaboration with the UNAM University in Mexico, with more than twenty activities: conferences, books presentations, poems lectures, music concerts, movies projection…

As it was really difficult to move between the two countries, so Sorbonne University decided to choose the hybrid solution. We collaborated with the communication team of the university to realize this project and we have taken over the totality of the technical part. We had to organize activities in a dozen of places, spread out between several campuses of the Paris University. Thanks to this fully mobile solution, we were able to adapt ourselves to each location and therefore contributed to the great success of this event.
