The Alumni meetings: creating a unifying event for sorbonne university

Sorbonne University approached PremC to design and organize “Les Rencontres Alumni,” an annual event aimed at bringing together and uniting its network of alumni. The first edition took place in July 2022, over two days, in the prestigious setting of the Cloître des Cordeliers in Paris. This project represented a unique challenge: to create from scratch an innovative and attractive event format for the alumni.

PremC was responsible for:

Designing the event format and schedule
Creating the visual identity and graphic charter
Coordinating logistics with the venue
Managing communication with participants
Organizing reception, signage, and scenography
Setting up innovative networking activities
Ensuring photo and video coverage of the event

Our added value

We specialize in creating innovative concepts by developing a hybrid format that combines conferences with fun activities and integrating original networking elements such as games, escape rooms, and karaoke. Our custom visual design includes creating a graphic charter that reflects the identity of the iconic venue, along with designing a banner that showcases the Cloître des Cordeliers in an appealing way. We optimize the participant experience by setting up a hybrid format to include remote participants and organizing various activities that foster interaction and a friendly atmosphere. Additionally, we handle complete logistical management by coordinating all practical aspects, from reception to scenography, and producing visual content to promote future editions.

We particularly enjoyed working on “Les Rencontres Alumni” for the creative challenge it represented. The creation of an entirely new event allowed us to fully explore our innovative potential while meeting the high standards of Sorbonne University. This project was an opportunity to demonstrate our ability to design unique and memorable experiences, blending the prestige of a renowned institution with modern and engaging interaction formats.
