Our CSR approach

PremC’s commitment to Sustainable Event Management

Since its inception, PremC has placed ecological responsibility at the core of its mission. We are acutely aware that the events sector has a significant environmental footprint, consuming substantial resources and generating pollution. This awareness drives our commitment to minimizing the environmental impact of the events we produce, implementing sustainable practices across every aspect of our operations.

Eco-responsible welcome bags and goodies

Our welcome bags and goodies are carefully curated with sustainability in mind. We prioritize products that are made from recycled materials, have low fossil fuel consumption, or are crafted from organic materials. Additionally, we favor items produced locally in France or Europe to reduce transport-related emissions. Some examples of the eco-friendly products we offer include:

  • A cardboard pen with a clip, tip, and push button made of 100% biodegradable corn starch.
  • A notepad made from recycled cardboard with sewn-in binding for durability.
  • A wooden USB key, both practical and environmentally friendly.
  • Organic cotton bags, designed for long-term reuse.

These choices not only reduce waste but also encourage participants to embrace sustainable habits.

A greener event

Opting for a hybrid event, which will only bring together local participants at the venue, will allow you to greatly reduce your ecological impact, whether it be your carbon footprint or your waste production. Indeed, if we consider only the CO2 emissions produced by the plane journey of a participant travelling in economy class from Paris to an event in Berlin, his return journey would produce 389 kg of CO2, which corresponds to 21 days of gas heating for a 50 m2 flat or 3 million litres of tap water. Add up all the plane/train/car journeys you would save compared to a video conference which produces about 1.5 kg of CO2 per hour.
