Graduation Ceremony

PremC was responsible for:
- Designing a new format tailored to the campus spaces
- Creating the website and graphic charter
- Managing registrations and graduate lists
- Coordinating all service providers and logistics
- Ensuring scenography and space arrangements
- Organizing the graduates’ journey
- Developing a program based on associative activities
- Managing the hybrid aspect of the event (recording and sound systems)
- Ensuring safety and obtaining necessary permits
- Coordinating with the school and student associations


Our added value
Our added value lies in the innovative transformation of spaces, where we reconfigured the CROUS (school catering area) space into a ceremony hall for 2,500 people, with the installation of stages, giant screens, and custom arrangements. We created a dynamic and engaging format by dividing the graduating class into eight diploma presentation sessions and organizing a “Main Event” lasting an hour, with various interludes. Our approach also included managing complex logistics by coordinating multiple service providers and setting up essential equipment, as well as overseeing a team of 40 students for reception and crowd management. Finally, we optimized the overall experience by creating a smooth journey for the graduates and organizing parallel associative activities.
We particularly enjoyed this project for the creative and logistical challenge it presented. Our ability to accommodate 2,500 people while meeting the school’s expectations was successfully tested. The continuation of the format in 2024 and our long-term partnership with CentraleSupélec for 2025 and 2026 editions reflect the quality of our initial proposal.
This success drives us to keep innovating and offering ideas to make each ceremony unforgettable. The positive feedback from participants, highlighting the new format’s dynamism and the unique experience for graduates, confirms the transformation’s success.
