All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
If you submit your abstract before June 14th, you should receive the notification of acceptance or rejection by email on June 28th at the latest. Due to the high number of submissions and the limited number of oral slots, the review process took more time than expected, and some authors were notified later than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You will be able to register and confirm your participation once you receive the notification of acceptance.
PRESENTATION TYPES
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions.
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).

Early Bird Registration - April 29th, 2024
Submission Deadline - June 14th, 2024 After the deadline, only posters are allowed to submit
Notification to Authors - June 28th, 2024 Some authors will be notified late due to the high number of submissions
Registration Deadline for presenters - July 12th, 2024
Registration Deadline for listeners - September 10th, 2024 - The conference is almost fully booked, the registration platform could be closed before this deadline if the maximum of seats is reached earlier
