All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
If you submit your abstract before June 14th then you should receive the notification of acceptance/rejection by email on June 28th at the latest (due the high number of submissions and the limited number of oral slots, the reviewing took more time than expected and some authors have been notified late, we are sorry for the inconvenience). You will be able to register and confirm your participation once you receive the notification of acceptance.
PRESENTATION TYPES
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions.
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).

Early Bird Submission - March 22nd, 2024
Early Bird Registration - April 29th, 2024
Submission Deadline - June 14th, 2024 After the deadline, only posters are allowed to submit
Notification to Authors - June 28th, 2024 Some authors will be notified late due the the high number of submission
Registration Deadline - July 12th, 2024 July 28th, 2024 July 31st, 2024 Due to the late notification, the committee allows more time to the authors to complete the registration
Conference - September 10-12th, 2024
