ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Conference status regarding COVID-19: the conference is postponed to November 2-4, 2020.

In order to maintain the quality of the program, QTech 2020 has been postponed to November 2-4. The organizing committee is at your entire disposal to assist you with rebooking. We want to provide you with all the support you need. Please do not hesitate to contact us for this if necessary.

An email was sent to all the particpants on March 27th to announce the new dates.

Submit your abstract through the abstract submission system. You will be required to setup an account first.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.

Early bird registration - December 6th, 2019

Regular Submission - July 18th, 2020

CONTINUOUS REVIEWING METHOD

Once you submit your abstract, it will be allocated to Scientific Committee members via the online platform. You should then receive the notification of acceptance/rejection within 4 weeks.

All notification of acceptance/rejection should be sent to authors Before August 7th, 2020.

This method enables you to:

Have enough time finalize your work and deliver a high-quality presentation.

Apply for a VISA or a grant early enough, if needed.

Have time to arrange your travel and accommodations.

PRESENTATION TYPES

Oral presentation

Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions

Workshop presentation

Workshop presentations are interactive skills-based discussions that last 40 minutes. Workshops must be interactive, and include practical information that participants can bring back to their communities.

Poster presentation

A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).

Virtual presentation

If you are unable to attend the conference, but still wish to have your paper presented and published, we offer on-line presentation. Your presentation will be uploaded on the conference website prior to the conference. You are still required to submit an abstract and one author must pay the registration fee. At the end of the conference, you will receive a certificate of presentation and the digital book of abstracts.

PUBLICATION

 

All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral, poster or workshop presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.

FULL PAPERS PUBLICATION

All authors with accepted abstract will be able to submit the corresponding full papers for publication in the conference proceedings.

 

We are delighted to announce a partnership between the Journal International Journal of Quantum Information – IJQI and the 2020 Quantum Technolgy International Conference. Authors who present their work during the Conference are invited to submit the related full paper to form part of a Special Issue of the Journal International Journal of Quantum Information.

We are delighted to announce a partnership between the Journal Photonics – MDPI, open access journal, and the 2020 International Conference on Quantum Technology (QTech). Authors who present their work during the Conference are invited to submit the related full paper to form part of a Special Issue of the Journal Photonics. The publication fees will be discounted by 30% for QTech 2020 participants and by 50% for QTech 2020 Keynote and Invited speakers.
