A

CONTINUOUS REVIEWING METHOD

If you submit your abstract before March 8th, you should receive the notification of acceptance/rejection around Mars 29th. You will then benefit from Early Bird rates if you register before April 19th.

If you submit your abstract after March 8th, your abstract will be allocated to Scientific Committee members as soon as you submit it via the online platform. You should then receive the notification of acceptance/rejection within 4 weeks.

All notification of acceptance/rejection should be sent to authors on June 14th.

This method enables you to:

  • Have enough time finalize your work and deliver a high-quality presentation.
  • Apply for a VISA or a grant early enough, if needed.
  • Have time to arrange your travel and accommodations

We highly advise the presenters who need VISA to access the Schengen/French territory to submit and start the VISA request process as soon as possible, it could be time-consuming. Please note that we can provide you with an invitation letter for the VISA request.
