Submit your abstract through the abstract submission system. You will be required to set up an account first.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance, and originality.

Submission deadline: December 11th, 2026
Notification of acceptance to authors: January 22nd, 2027
Early bird registration deadline: February 12th, 2027
Regular registration deadline: March 26th, 2027
Conference: June 6-10th, 2027
Presentation types
Due to limited slots, the number is limited to two communications per presenter, including a maximum of one oral presentation per presenter
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes in addition to 5 minutes dedicated to questions
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.
