This year, IAFFE has partnered with Courtesy Travel to help presenters and participants in organizing their stay in Rome for the conference. We’ve worked together to secure comfortable accommodation in the vibrant Sapienza University area.
To reserve a room, simply complete the accommodation request form below. Courtesy Travel will respond to your request and will provide you with a confirmation and an invoice.

Confirmation Policy
total prepayment of the overnight stay in Roma
Cancellation Policy
Partial cancellation policy :
90 working days before arrival no further penalty in case of cancellation the 30 % paid will be retained as a penalty
From 60 to 45 days before arrival cancellation will be subject to 40 % penalty of the total amount
From the 44th to the 30th day cancellations will be subject to 50 % penalty of the total amount
From 29 to 15 days before cancellations will be subject to 80 % penalty of total amount
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a 100% penalty
