INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS

To download Poster and Oral presentations

The following information is provided to assist authors with the preparation of their presentations (Oral and Poster). If you have any technical questions please feel free to contact us at WRC2021@premc.org

All participants shall send by email an MP4 recorded presentation and a PDF document to WRC2021@premc.org, including oral and keynotes speakers. The oral and keynotes recorded presentations will be collected as a backup solution.

All the received posters will be available in the posters area from November 1st

FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Materials to provide : You shall send us a PDF document and a MP4 recorded presentation before October 26th by email at WRC2021@premc.org. You can find the guidlines here.

For the PDF poster : You shall send a PDF document in portrait layout with a 16:9 aspect ratio. You shall name your presentation file: poster_session_number.first_author.pdf . Please follow this template format.

Sending us a recorded presentation: Your flash presentation should not exceed 3 minutes and 3 slides maximum, and must cover only the key points of your poster. You should record your poster presentation in a 16:9 landscape layout. In the interest of fairness, please note that all recorded presentations exceeding these limits will be cut. You shall name your video record file: poster_session_number.first_author.MP4 . You shall follow the tutorial on how to record your presentation and send it to us before October 26th. Another tutorial is available to explain how to transfer your video presentation to us once recorded, please use this email address: WRC2021@premc.org.

FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

Timing for talks: your presentation shall not exceed 6 minutes (20 minutes for the invited speakers). In the interest of fairness, please make sure that your presentation does not exceed the indicated time.

Materials to provide : You shall send us a PDF document and a MP4 recorded presentation before October 26th by email at WRC2021@premc.org. You shall name your presentation file : session_number.first_author.pdf . Also, you shall name your video record file as followed: oral_session_number.first_author.MP4

Template: your presentation slides shall be in landscape layout with a 16:9 aspect ratio. Please follow the guidelines available here.
