Into the Heart of Abdominal Wall Surgery

Be prepared for a new type of hernia congress
Just a short trip from Paris, this event will be unlike any other hernia congress, a truly unique experience!

Day 1: Workshop. When Anatomy Meets Master Surgery: chalks & scalpel
Professor Renard and the anatomists will draw all parts of the abdominal wall with chalks and give original and detailed illustrations.
Immediately afterward, our superstar faculty will show the same details and related hernia repairs on cadavers, bringing clarity, insight and precision to complex hernia anatomy.

Days 2 & 3: the congress where you are the hero!!
We will discuss 3 real-life classical and debated cases: Recurrent bilateral inguinal, Large midline & Diastasis. After discussion between you and the faculty, you will decide at each step the procedure you want to explore and faculty members will perform the operation live on cadavers! The other faculty will stay in the auditorium for further technical discussions.

The symposium is based on exchanges, debates, questionings, confronting techniques and open-minds interactions with our faculty.

Here, the goal is simple: to exchange, question, confront techniques, and deepen your understanding of Anatomy and surgical techniques of hernia repair through genuine interaction.

And because a great meeting also deserves great moments outside the symposium, you’ll get to enjoy Reims – the capital of Champagne, where history, culture, and sparkling tradition come together.

A unique historical heritage
Professor RIVES, in Reims, was the pioneer of modern prosthetic hernia surgery. You will have the exceptional opportunity to visit his preserved historical office.

Come to learn. Come to share. Come to connect. Leave transformed.
