At Lallemand Oenology, we have been a world leader in selecting, developing, producing and supplying innovative microbiological solutions for wine industry since 1970. We are the only company able to produce wine yeasts, wine bacteria, nutrients , and specific yeasts fractions adapted to vineyards and oenological applications. 
Our solutions originate from nature and the biodiversity found in different terroirs, including Saccharomyces and non-Saccharomyces yeast strains and Oenococcus and non-Oenococcus bacteria.
These microorganisms and their derivatives are part of a sustainable approach in winemaking , revealing and maximising the grapes’ full potential during the whole winemaking process, from vine to bottle.
