FAQ FOR THE VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS
How to access the virtual rooms?
The page “Conference rooms” give you access to the different spaces of the virtual conference. On this page, you will be able to access the plenary room and the virtual technical assistance. A button named “Click here to join the room” is displayed on the virtual conference rooms. By clicking it, you will be automatically redirected in the corresponding ZOOM room.
Do I need to install ZOOM or have a ZOOM account?
You don’t need to install ZOOM nor to have a ZOOM account to connect. You can have access to the conference rooms via your browser.
I need a password to join the conference rooms, where can I find it?
You will receive a password from the committee through email a couple of days prior to the conference.
How can I get assistance from the conference staff?
The staff would be glad to help you if you are facing any technical issue, you can reach us at any time at forum-science-afrique-europe@premc.org A technical assistance room will be also available 30 minutes before the beginning of the conference day to provide you with face-to-face help. If you are not able to use ZOOM at all, there will be a chat available on the right bottom corner of the Dashboard page.

FAQ FOR IN-PERSON PARTICIPANTS
Do I need to register to participate in-person to the conference?
Yes, the registration is free but mandatory. It is necessary so that you can go through the security check and obtain your badge to access the different conference areas.
How can I get technical support?
The technical staff is ready to help you at any time if you are facing any technical difficulties. You can contact them at forum-science-afrique-europe@premc.org
