Submit your abstract or paper through the online submission system. You will be required to set up an account first.
At the end of this conference, you will have the opportunity to publish your work in a SCOPUS-Indexed journal. However, if you do NOT want your paper to be published in the special issue of the conference, submitting a regular abstract (1 page) without formatting is possible.
If you want to submit your paper in the special issue of the conference, please use the following template (PDF version here) to submit your full paper. You can also directly modify the Word version here. There are 2 different opportunities for the publication listed at the bottom of this page, you can learn more about the difference between both of them here.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance and originality.

NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
If you submit your abstract before September 30th then you should receive the notification of acceptance/rejection by email on October 10th at the latest. You will be able to register and confirm your participation once you receive the notification of acceptance
PRESENTATION TYPES
Depending on the number of submissions, the committee may ask to record your presentation in order to ensure a smooth conference but please note that there will be always a live Q&A session at the end of the conference in order to ensure interactions.
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions
Flash presentation (poster)
Flash sessions consist of a series of short recorded oral presentations. The time allocated to each flash presentation is around 3 minutes and there will be time for questions covering all the presentations of the session.
PUBLICATION
All accepted papers will be scheduled for oral, poster or workshop presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the proceedings will be available online.
FULL PAPERS PUBLICATION
All authors with accepted paper will be able to submit the corresponding full papers for publication in the conference proceedings.
A Special Issue will be published by the Journal Energies – MDPI (a minimum of 10 submitted and accepted full papers is required): We are delighted to announce a partnership between the Journal Energies – MDPI (IF: 2.262), open access journal, and 2020International Conference on Renewable Energy (ICREN). Authors who present their work during the Conference are invited to submit therelated full paper to form part of a Special Issue of the Journal Energies. The publication fees will be discounted by 25% forICREN 2020 participants. A minimum of 10 submitted and accepted full papers is required for this Special Issue. The conference proceedings will be published by the Environment, Energy and Earth Sciences Journal (EDP Sciences): We are delighted to announce that the SCOPUS-indexed Environment, Energy and Earth Sciences Journal has been chosen as its publication partner this year. During the registration process, you will be requested to indicate whether you want to publish your paper (limited to 7 pages) in the special issue or not. The publication of your paper will cost you an extra 50 €. The paper used during your submission will be the one considered for the publication. Once the conference is over, the interested authors will receive feedback from the reviewers.
