All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance, and originality.

Submission deadline: January 20th, 2023
Extension of submission deadline: February 3rd, 2023
Notification to authors: February 8th, 2023
Early bird registration deadline: February 17th, 2023
Regular registration deadline: March 17th, 2023 (for presenters)
Extended registration deadline: April 21st, 2023 (last seats for listeners)
Conference: April 23rd-27th, 2023
Presentation types
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 15 minutes including 3 minutes for questions
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.
