APME 2023 Welcome Reception
This activity will be held on the first day of the conference, April 23rd, 2023. It is included in the registration fees.
Afterwork Cheese and Wine
This activity will be held on April 24th, 2023 during the poster session at 6:30 pm. It is included in the registration fees.
This will be a great opportunity to enjoy the best of French gastronomy.
APME 2023 Gala Dinner
There’s no better way to discover the City of Lights than from its very heart, the River Seine. A seine dinner cruise provides you with unparalleled views of the city’s landmarks illuminated by night, as you enjoy the French cuisine and network with your colleagues !
This activity will be held on April 26th, 2023. It is optional at an additional cost of 100€. Accompanying persons are welcome at the same rate.
More information will be in your “Practical Information Booklet” that will be given to you at the Welcome Desk.
How to get to the Gala Dinner
There will be a group departure from the venue at 7:20 PM.
The boat boarding will be done directly from the Seine river quays just in front of the 12 Quai des Orfèvres, 75001 Paris (see image on the left).
The dinner cruise will take place from 7.45 pm, please be on time, the boat will leave once all participants present on the docks are on board.
