FAQ FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS

How to access the virtual rooms?

The “Conference Rooms” page gives you access to the different areas of the virtual conference. Through this page, you will have access to the conference rooms or to the technical support. A button called “Join this room” is present on the virtual conference rooms. By clicking on it, you will be directly redirected to the corresponding ZOOM room.

Do I have to install the ZOOM application on my device or create a ZOOM account?

You don’t need a ZOOM account or to install the ZOOM application. In fact, you can access the meeting room via your web browser.

I need a password to access the conference rooms, where can I find it? I need a password to access the conference rooms, where can I find it?

You will receive the password by email from the committee a few days before the conference.

How can I get technical support?

Technical staff are dedicated to the smooth running of the conference and will be happy to help you if you encounter any technical problems. You can contact them at any time at CNRS-shs-sante@premc.org Virtual technical support, with a member of the technical staff, will also be available 30 minutes before the start of the conference to provide audio-video support. If you are unable to use ZOOM at all, an instant messenger will be available in the bottom right corner of the dashboard page.

I'm not living in the CEST zone, how do I know at which time a given speech is being presented?

FAQ FOR IN PERSON PARTICIPANTS

Do I have to register to attend the conference in person?

Yes, registration is free but mandatory. If you are not registered on the day, please contact technical support.
