Founded in 2003, part of Exosens Group, Phasics (headquartered in Saint-Aubin, France) develops high-precision wavefront sensing solutions based on Quadriwave Lateral Shearing Interferometry (QWLSI), covering spectral ranges from DUV to LWIR. Our technologies are widely employed in demanding applications including space optics, laser system diagnostics, optical system qualification, semiconductor manufacturing, and advanced imaging. Our products, in the form of a modified scientific camera can be coupled to a microscope to characterize the heat generation arising from illuminated nanostructures at nanoscale level, providing an accurate and quantitative thermal variation map of the sample being observed.
