What is a dashboard ?
The dashboard gives you access to the different areas of a usual workshop. This is supposed to be the lobby of your workshop. You will have access to the Main room and the Technical Assistance. A tutorial is available here.
Do I need to install ZOOM to use it?
It is highly recommended to set up the ZOOM application. Indeed, you can join the meeting from your browser but many features are not available. You don’t need a Zoom account. You will receive by email a password that gives you access to the Zoom rooms.
I need a password to have access to the main rooms, where can I find it ?
You will receive the password by email from the organizing committee.
How do I access the PMIP Conference padlet
Open the padlet URL and use the same password as for accessing the conference rooms
How can I join a room?
On the dashboard, you will see buttons named “Click here to join the session”…, by clicking on it, you will be redirected to a ZOOM room, that you will be able to have access from your browser or the ZOOM application.

How can I get assistance from the conference staff?
The staff would be glad to help you if you are facing any technical issue, you can reach us at any time at email@example.com. A Technical Assistance room will also be available 30 minutes before the beginning of the conference until the end of the day. This room will be open to provide you with face-to-face help. If you are not able to use ZOOM at all, there will be a chat available on the right bottom corner of the Dashboard page.
