Submit your abstract via the abstract submission system. You will be required to set up an account first.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance, and originality.

Abstract submission deadline: February 15, 2027
Abstract acceptance notification: April 15, 2027
Early bird registration: May 15, 2027
Final Registration Deadline: June 15, 2027
Conference launch: August 23, 2027
Presentation types
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 12 minutes in addition to 3 minutes dedicated to questions. (Timing can be adapted depending on the program)
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face-to-face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters must not exceed A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.
