will be held at the Lille Grand Palais
from November 6th to November 8th 2024

Cancellation conditions
All requests for cancellation must be sent to AFCOME by e-mail to ri-afcome2024@premc.org.
Cancellations received after 31 August 2024 will not be refunded.
If you wish, you may arrange to be replaced.
The conditions of access to Lille Grand Palais are subject to change depending on changes in health regulations.
Cancellation and modification of the event
AFCOME may modify the programs and timetables of AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales 2024. These changes will not result in any exchange or refund. If the Rencontres Internationales were to be interrupted, the registration fees received would be fully refunded to the customer, without AFCOME being held liable for any damage whatsoever directly or indirectly related to the cancellation.
Insurance and liability
AFCOME cannot be held responsible for the interruption or cancellation of AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales 2024 due to external events of a political, social, economic or public health nature or other events beyond their control (force majeure).
In case of cancellation, the cancellation conditions of AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales 2024 will apply.
Registration for AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales 2024 implies complete acceptance of these cancellation conditions. Participants are advised to obtain adequate insurance cover for their trip (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before leaving.
AFCOME accepts no responsibility for accidents caused by or to participants and accompanying persons during or following AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales 2024 or during any of the events organized around this edition of the Rencontres Internationales.
Reminder of participants' obligations regarding to competition rules
AFCOME takes compliance with competition law seriously.
The aim of AFCOME’s Rencontres Internationales is to provide participants with up-to-date knowledge of the world fertilizer markets and the technical and regulatory tools associated with fertilizers.
AFCOME reminds all participants of the need to respect the rules of competition governed by the Consumer Code and monitored by the French Competition Authority. Participants must not discuss competition issues, including individual prices, rates or market strategies, nor exchange information concerning any other competitive aspect of a company’s business.
If a participant in this conference attempts to initiate a discussion with other participants on any of the above matters, AFCOME recommends that the other participants immediately terminate the conversation and act in accordance with the applicable competition rules.
