We greatly appreciate your active participation in METANANO 2020. Your contribution to the online meeting, networking, and sharing knowledge is vitally important for the scientific community during the current worldwide health crisis.

To join the conference rooms you need a password. It was sent to you with the title «Welcome bag and last-minute preparations» from info@metanano.itmo.ru or metanano2020@premc.org.
You can also find it on the top of the METANANO website next to the countdown if you login. .

How does it work?

This dashboard has been built with the target of reproducing the environment of an “offline” conference. Below you will find the usual conference areas: welcome desk, conference rooms, coffee break lounge & networking rooms…
Each participant will be able to join the area she/he is interested in by simply clicking on the corresponding button.

It is very important to keep human interactions at the maximum. That is why the welcome desk room, where you can talk with a staff member, is available to help you.
If you encounter any technical issues while connecting to the welcome desk room then please use the chat room. The link to it will appear at the bottom right corner of this page during the conference days.

Open Position Opportunities

We have collected several open position offers that will be shared with you soon through the Welcome Bag. Please note that each lab offering a position will have its dedicated room in the networking area and you will be able to discuss these opportunities with the lab representatives. This activity will be held on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:50 pm, and Wednesday at lunchtime (between 2:45 pm and 3:30 pm).
