The conference venue is close to Montpellier at “Le Lazaret” (www.lazaret-sete.com) in Sète (FRANCE) – it is a beautiful location, right on the Mediterranean coast.

Highway A9, exit Sète; in Sète, follow direction towards Béziers then follow la Corniche.
There will be designated buses taking attendees from Montpellier train station (“Montpellier Sud de France”) and Montpellier airport to the location of the conference venue (Sete, “Le Lazaret”). These buses will be free of charge. There will be buses available for travel to Sete on June 20 and 22, and for travel from Sete on June 27. The tentative bus departure times are as follows (more details as well as a booking system will be available soon). The airport and the train station are located approximately 5 km apart. The buses will go from airport/train station to/from Sete. The travel time from the train station/airport to Sete is approximately 1 h.

Note that there is another train station, Montpellier Saint Roch, but this one will not be serviced by bus because it is in the city center with heavy traffic (difficult to access by bus). Anyone arriving at Montpellier Saint Roch should go to Lazaret on their own (taxi), or travel to the airport or the train station Montpellier Sud de France on their own (taxi is the easiest way) to catch our bus service. Montpellier Saint Roch to the airport is about 10 km, i.e. 20 min by taxi.
Accommodation
The conference is run in the style of a Gordon Conference, i.e. food/accommodation is included in the registration cost, there are no parallel sessions, and only invited talks of 1 hour including Q&A.
Please note that there is free car parking available at the conference venue (Le Lazaret). Around 80 car places in total + 2 bus places.
Parking outside the center is also free.
