Gender Equality in Higher Education, Research and Innovation: from institutional policies to international cooperation

Although many higher education and research organizations at EU level and beyond have implemented gender equality and the European Commission has made the adoption of a gender equality plan a prerequisite for eligibility for the Horizon Europe programme, it is rare to find initiatives fostering gender equality in the field of international scientific cooperation.

Representatives of EU and international cooperation partner countries will discuss how to promote gender equality through concrete actions and in bi- and multilateral programmes or agreements and will provide new perspectives.

This conference will be held online and the registration is free but mandatory. The password to access the room will be sent only to those who register.

How does it work?

This dashboard has been built with the aim of duplicating the same environment as an in-person conference, you will find below the usual conference areas: conference room and welcome desk.
Each participant will be able to join the area she/he is interested in by simply clicking on the corresponding button.

The welcome desk room allows you to talk to a staff member who is available to help you. If you encounter any difficulty in connecting to the welcome desk room then use the chat room which should appear on the bottom right corner of this page during the whole conference.

The plenary session will start on February 10th at 10:45 AM (CET, Central European Time)
