Let’s imagine the oceanographic fleet in 2035
In March 2023, the French Oceanographic Fleet launched a global study entitled “Let’s imagine the french oceanographic Fleet in 2035”. After a year and a half of work and debates, a webinar will be held on 4 October 2024 to present the results of this foresight study.
This event will bring together scientists who use the French Oceanographic Fleetand other stakeholders in this major research infrastructure to review the results and conclusions of the work carried out around the 4 areas of reflection: scientific needs, new technologies for exploring the ocean, partnerships and decarbonization.
The feedback from the webinar will be used to finalize a White Paper to be published at the end of 2024.
The conference starts on Friday, October 4th at 10 AM
