Excursions
If you are interested in participating in an organized excursion on Wednesday afternoon (June 25), you can select one of the two options below (each person can only select one option). Note that the cost is not included in the registration fee – payment to be completed on arrival at the conference.
Those excursions will be abailable for attendees that indicated their chosen excursions in their registration form.
Boat tour on Thau pond
Bus to Sète harbor (15 min). Visit canals of Sète, Thau pond, and oyster beds with explanation of oyster farming. Total time (incl transportation) approx. 2 hrs.
Cost: 20€/person

Sea Kayak
Access from the old harbor (Môle Saint-Louis) by foot (20 min walk). Two persons per kayak, supervision by qualified staff. “Daurade” circuit (accessible to all), 2 hrs duration with time for swimming if good weather (Brise-lames beach), then return to harbor.
Cost: 40€/person

Note: Being able to swim is requested for this activity
