3R meeting 2024 will be held at The Rive des Corbières
May 21, 2024:4 Shuttles departing from Narbonne station at 2pm, 2.45pm, 3.30pm and 4.30pm
May 24, 2024 (in the morning): 4 Shuttles depart from Rives de Corbières at 9:30am, 12pm, 12:15pm and 2pm.
The journey from Narbonne station to Rives de Corbières takes around 45 minutes.
If your schedule does not correspond to the shuttle bus schedule, we recommend that you book a cab as soon as possible, as the number of taxis available from Narbonne station is limited.
Passport and Visa
All foreign nationals entering and staying on French territory must be in possession of a valid entry and stay visa, unless you are exempt from this requirement.
Upon request, the conference organizers could provide an official letter of invitation in order to facilitate your visa application. This invitation letter does not imply any commitment from the Organizing Committee to provide any kind of financial contribution.
The request should be made by e-mail and must include:
- First name (as shown in passport)
- Last name (as shown in passport)
- Passport number
- Country of citizenship
- Affiliation (supported by a document certifying it)
