The following information is provided to assist authors with the preparation of their presentation. You shall comply with these instructions and guidelines in order to make sure that your presentation will go smoothly. For oral presenters
Presentation durations are 12 min (+3 min Q&A) for selected short talks; 15 min (+5 min Q&A) for invited speakers ; 30 min (+5 min Q&A) for Keynote speakers.
You shall arrive in the lecture room 15 minutes prior to the first presentation of the session where your presentation is scheduled and make yourself known to the session Chair.
For poster presenters
Your poster shall have a vertical or “portrait” orientation and be in A0 Format: 841 x 1189 mm.
