The dashboard gives you access to the different areas of a typical conference; it is intended to be the lobby of your conference. Through this dashboard, you will have access to all conference rooms and technical support.

How can I join a room?

In the dashboard, there is a button labeled “Join this room” in the conference room. By clicking on this button, you will be redirected directly to the corresponding ZOOM room, which you can join from your web browser or from your ZOOM application.

I need a password to have access to the Oral Presentation Rooms, where can I find it?

You will receive the password by email from the conference committee.

How can I get assistance from the conference staff?

Technical staff are dedicated to ensuring the smooth running of the conference and will be happy to help you if you encounter any technical issues. You can contact them at any time at [email protected]. A Help Desk, staffed by a member of the technical team, will also be available 30 minutes before the start of the conference on the first day until the end of the conference to provide you with audio-video assistance. If you are unable to use ZOOM at all, instant messaging will be available in the lower right corner of the dashboard page.

Do I need a ZOOM account?

You do not need a ZOOM account. You will receive a password by email that will give you access to the conference rooms.
