In order to qualify for any ‘early registration’ rates, booking and payment must be received before the deadline date displayed in the conference website. - Payments
All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee registration. Once payment has been received, a confirmation email will be sent. Please note that the registration and payment must be done (i) by January 17th 2025 to benefit from the early Bird rate, (ii) by March 21st 2025 to benefit from the regular registration. In case the fee payment has not been received by March 21st, 2025, oral communication will be cancelled by the organizers. In case the fee payment has not been received by March 21st, 2025, poster communication still can be displayed but will not appear in the program. Late registration remains possible during the conference at the registration desk, with immediate payment onsite. - Substitutions & Cancellations

The organizers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings.
If, due to force majeure, the conference is postponed or the dates are changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate apart from the registration fees. The registration fees paid by the delegate will in this case remain valid for the conference at a postponed date.
If, due to force majeure, the conference is cancelled, then the organizers could be held liable to reimburse the registration fees already paid. Having said that, the organizers booked a cancellation insurance policy and will do their best to reimburse partially the participants once all the remaining costs covered. - Speakers

By submitting registration details, delegates agree to allow PremC and the SFEC to contact them regarding the conference. Delegates who do not wish to receive such communications shall email info@premc.org. - Websites & Links
The conference and associated PremC websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which PremC takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken by PremC for contents of any website linking to the conference website. - Insurance
It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. PremC cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property. - Speakers Terms & Conditions
PremC may use the speaker’s name for promoting delegate attendance at the conference.
All presentations including associated artwork and illustrations will be deleted from computers after the conference and will not be transferred to third parties. The presentations must be objective and completely free of advertising and commercialism. - Plagiarism and Collusion
“Plagiarism” occurs when someone misrepresents, as his or her own work, the work, written or otherwise, of any other person or of any institution. Examples of forms of plagiarism include:
• The verbatim (word for word) copying of another’s work without appropriate and correctly presented acknowledgement;
• The close paraphrasing of another’s work by simply changing a few words or altering the order of presentation, without appropriate and correctly presented acknowledgement;
• Unacknowledged quotation of phrases from another’s work;
• The deliberate and detailed presentation of another’s concept as one’s own.
“Another’s work” covers all material, including, for example, written work, diagrams, designs, charts and pictures, from all sources, including, for example, the internet, journals, textbooks and essays.
“Collusion” occurs when, unless with official approval (e.g. in the case of group projects), two or more people consciously collaborate in the preparation and production of work which is ultimately submitted by each in an identical, or substantially similar, form and/or is represented by each to be the product of his or her individual efforts.
Each participant to PremC events confirms that he has neither committed plagiarism nor collusion and he has declared all co-authors in case of collaborative work. - Badges
Conference identification badges are mandatory and will be required for admission to all conference venues and activities (including social events).
