All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance, and originality.

Deadlines
Abstract submission deadline: November 15, 2024
Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts: December 4, 2024
Abstract submission extension deadline (ONLY FOR POSTERS): January 10, 2025 (all oral slots are already allocated, some poster slots remain)
Early bird registration deadline: January 17, 2025
Regular registration deadline: March 21, 2025
Conference: May 11th - May 14th, 2025
Presentation types
Due to limited slots, each presenter is allowed a maximum of two submissions, including only one oral presentation.
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 12 minutes in addition to 3 minutes dedicated to questions.
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face-to-face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters must not exceed A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.
