Submit your abstract via the abstract submission system. You will be required to set up an account first.
All submissions will be reviewed based on technical merit, readability, relevance, and originality.

Deadlines
Abstract submission deadline: April 25th, 2025
Confirmation of acceptance of abstracts: May 19th, 2025
Early bird registration deadline: June 6th, 2025
Regular registration deadline: August 1st, 2025
Conference: Oct 1st - Oct 3rd, 2025
Presentation types
Due to limited slots, each presenter is allowed a maximum of two submissions, including only one oral presentation.
Oral presentation
Oral sessions consist of a series of individual talks. The time allocated to each oral presentation is 12 minutes in addition to 3 minutes dedicated to questions.
Poster presentation
A poster presentation allows you to interact face-to-face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts around 1 hour. Posters must not exceed A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait format (landscape format is not allowed).
BOOK OF ABSTRACTS
All accepted abstracts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation and will be compiled in PDF format. A digital version of the book of abstracts will be available online.
